Job Description

The Plant Coordinator is a new position we are creating here at Truss Right.  You will work directly under the Plant Manager to oversee the facility’s production processes.  The demand for our trusses is increasing rapidly, so we would like the Plant Coordinator to help elevate our efficiency and take pressure off of the Plant Supervisor.  Your goal as our new hire will be to increase efficiency and communication, find ways to cut costs, and work closely with employees and management.

Desired Abilities

Candidate must be self-motivated, diligent, able to communicate with other employees, proficient knowledge of Excel and Word, and capable of managing multiple tasks.

Requirements

4-year Bachelor’s Degree

Management experience preferred

Truss knowledge is a plus
